[Boatanchors] Type 84 and 6Z4 tubes information needed

In the process of trying to see if my new WW II Japanese vibrator power
supply was working, I got a replacement tube. The original Japanse
tubewas a KY 84A which is supposed to be a US Type 84.
I got a RCA tube labeled 84 and 6Z4. The power supply indicated a 12
volt filament but isn"t a 6Z4 a 6 volt filament? I looked in the RCA
Receiving tube manual and found nothing on either Type 84 or 6Z4.

Can anybody point me to the information on the Type 84 and 6Z4 tubes?
