[Boatanchors] need help with BAMA site and .pdf files

I'm going to the BAMA mirror site and I can download a .djvu file with
no problem but I can't get a .pdf file to download.  I don't have trouble
with .pdf files from other sites.  Can anyone suggest a possible solution?
