The GE transmitters at Greenville VOA uses Machlett 7482 push-pull
as modulators, and the Hughes at Tinang VOA use Eimac
4CV100,000s as push-pull modulators. (250KW carrier power)

Eimac shows audio typical specs for the 4CV/CW250,000Bs
and the 4CM500,000G, two tube Class AB amplifiers. I make
the assumption these were always in AM modulators, as I suspect
no one ever needs that power level in PA applications. These
are probably used at the 500 KW carrier power level.

You know things are happening big time with a tube that has
23 volts on the filaments and the nominal filament current is
about 500 amperes. 8:)
