[Boatanchors] Dust covers?

Jim makes custom covers for ham equipment. They're inexpensive, decent 
and he's been around a while. I'm measuring my 2B and a few other pieces 
of equipment to get to him for covers.

I'm probably going to leave the back off and just cover sides and top and 
front, so I don't have to make complicated allowances in a rear cover for 
power, antenna, speaker etc. cabling in and out all over the back of the 
radios.
