Try them!  If you run into problems then trade them
off for some of the earlier versions!

You may "luck up" and your units (or at least some of
your units) may be very happy with the "W" tubes. 
However, just make sure that the transmitters are
operating properly.  That is what I have been trying
to get across!  If you need to use the "B" version of
the 6146 in a transmitter designed for the earlier
version, then make sure that the transmitter operates
properly.  Some will and some won't, and it doesn't
usually make a difference as to which model will and
which model won't.

Each transmitter is an "individual".  Although one of
a particular model may work with the "B" series
doesn't mean that the next unit of exactly the same
model will work!
