first of all it was meant to be humorous, and it was.
second, it was a link in the message not an attachment.
and third it wasn't offensive.
And if you felt it was necessary to chastise someone, why did you feel it
was proper to send it to the whole list?

at least you should know, that attachments have never been allowed on any
