Hi Bill & Gang,
There seems to be some in this world who just cannot let
something pass thru their hands without ripping something
off unless it is nailed down!
Way back in a MARS program some new, never used
BC-221 Frequency meters were requisitioned from
govt surplus....The person distributing them couldn't resist
relieving them of their spare parts kit and spare crystal....
What he did with them I'll never know!
How many surplus items have you gotten that had the
Allen wrench missing?
