[Boatanchors] Frequency display information requested

Looks like the one made by Spectronics. See
http://i22.ebayimg.com/02/i/01/51/45/07_1_b.JPG . The DD-1K was made to
interface with Kenwood models. Their DD-1 was the generic model.
