[Boatanchors] Frequency display information requested

Hi:

I picked up an interesting add-on frequency display (see hyperlink =
below).  I have no idea what equipment it was intended for so I'm =
looking for your input.
Interestingly, I saw an exact duplicate unit somewhere but the logo at =
the left side of the cabinet was different than what is silkscreened =
onto mine.  I suspect that one basic unit was produced and modified to =
work with different lines of equipment.  Any information you wish to =
contribute is most appreciated.
