As always, all flavors and cents of vintage geare are welcome - (If it ain't
vacuum, then just don't tell or lie!)   	
	
And for the record, yes I know the difference between 'scents', 'sense' and
'cents'. the 'cents' in this case refering to what you paid for that vintage
rig, not the odor when the transformer melts down! The 'scents' refers to
politicians in general and the 'sense' to common sense, obviously the most rare
form of human intelligence!  	
	
If thepropagation does not fizzle, there will be the Wednesday February 4th HCI
Global Glow roundtable this evening from 5:30 PM EST, (2230 UTC) until about
8:00 PM EST, (0100 UTC) on 14.315 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and
a stirring rendition of "snowflakes Keep Melting On My Head" sung by Jack Frost
and his Frost Bitten Buns Band. It is not much to get excited about, but better
than static crashes and people running digital stuff where it is not supposed to
be. yep, good old ARRL, lower those license standards more so the Martians will
have proof positive there is no intelligent life on Earth. As if they need more
proof after that Super Bowl half time escapade by Janet Jackson! As one
newscastor put it, "What is it about the Jackson family that they feel this need
to expose themselves to children!" )CNN)	
	
Hope to hear you tonight! Be there or just be bored. Warm up those tubes, or
wrap that solid state rig in a heating pad, and join us for some fellowship,
fun, facts and whatever the heck else strikes us at the time. This is a
roundtable, not a Net, so we just plain have a good time, even without ripping
