Gentlemen,
It is with great pleasure that I send to all the network members a Christmas greeting for 2004 and all good wishes for 2005.
I would like to express my thanks to the many members who have provided help and encouragement in the questions that I have posed to the readers, their responses have alleviated many problems and I extend my gratitude to all concerned.
The impossibility of sending Christmas cards to all concerned would  be obvious regardless of the costs so perhaps you will accept this greeting in lieu.
