Re. To "Color  Blindness"                                                                        A totally blind driver couldn't see the lights one way or the other.A totally color blind person such as myself knows that the Red Light is on top of a vertically mounted signal and the Green Light is on the bottom. On a horizontally mounted signal the Red Light is on the left and Green is on the right. This is recognized I understand Internationally although I can't personally vouch for it! Never been out of the states. If you want to chuckle just think how many times I've been sent back to the closet by my XYL because my pants and shirt didn't match. If she's mad at me I'm in deep doodoo cause she can sure make me look stupid out in public! 73 and Peace Be With You,  Richard KM5WX
