[Boatanchors] new tuning eye for old radios?

Looks like someone has picked on up the GB posts back in mid-May.
Wonder if he's using an array of LEDs etc to generate the eye pattern? 
If so, then he certainly has paralled the basic concept that I 
suggested.
But then - great minds think alike - or so they say.
Maybe I'm in the 'great mind' category! Sheesh!!!
