[Boatanchors] Color blindness

Well for sure the yellow is always in the middle. No matter if the light is
vertical or horizontal.
Guess you know when it's green for you when someone doesn't take the front
end of your car off as you cross the intersection.
My question is how does a totally blind driver know what color the lights
are????
