[Boatanchors] dial cover for inductor on desk kilowatt

Hello Folks:

I have a desk kilowatt with a cracked dial cover for
the variable inductance. It has a crack on one end
(not on face) and has a piece broken out.

1. Does anyone have a replacement dial cover or know
where one can be obtained ?

2. Does anyone know if there is a source for repair of
the plastic. It is Johnson Maroon around the sides
where it is cracked?

3 Does anyone know if a variable inductance dial cover
from a Thunderbolt or Courier will replace the one on
the desk kilowatt? 

4. The measurements of my dial cover are as follow:
7.5 inches long by 4 1/8 inches wide. The dial cover
is not a perfect rectangle because it bulges slightly
in the middle of each side and has slightly rounded
corners.

5. I need a good picture or template to re letter the
legends under the controls of the RF deck. Would be
great to have a photo to facilitate silk screening of
a new panel for the Desk kilowatt. Can anyone help?

Your assistance in rehabilitating this machine will be
