[Boatanchors] R388/URR

I am going to need a nameplate and a set of the handles for a collins  
R388/URR, They are missing.does anyone have a set of handles and or knows  someone 
who can make up a nameplate for a R388. Don,t know what the serial  number of 
the receiver is does the serial number appear somewhere else on the  receiver 
so it can be put on the nameplate. Can anyone help me with these 2  problems if
