The short answer is, if this was to happen, "Hams are cheap, and a
subscription QTH list would likely shrink the subscription list to a
small fraction of the critical mass required to sustain any mailing
list." then Al should shut it down. If makes no sense for AL to foot the
bill continuously out of his own pocket unless he's "rolling in money"
and needs a place to disperse it.
