I concur with Pete.

I'd say $20 per year to have a web site on QSL.net is pretty cheap.

$10 per year gets you acces to the E-mail reflectors.

$25 Get's you both.

I've been getting a tad distrubed at the slow access times to QSL.net; I
thought it was because I have dial-up, but it's the same at work. Also,
others that have DSL and cable modems have noticed the slow down, and one is
considering moving off of QSL.net for that reason.

Al's email has explained why things are as they are. 1%?? Gawd.... I was
appalled. I figured it was the typical 80 / 20 rule in effect!!

So, do we want a system where 1% is paying the way, and the service is slow
to the point where some are thinking of moving off of QSL.net? Or, have a
yearly rate where we all benefit from faster service?

If you're playing with ham radios, you can afford $25 per year. The e-mail
reflectors alone are worth their weight in gold for the technical info they
provide.
