[Boatanchors] Need help identifying a boatanchor

Chris, I had and sold off a GO-9 but did post the schematic that I had to  
the BAMA web site if you need a reference. I had only had the two sections that  
made up the HF part but remember how heavy it was anyway.
 
The one I had was built by Westinghouse. Since there were a lot of  
Westinghouse plants here in Pittsburgh I figured it would have been built  here but if 
wasn't. Seem to remember New York or New Jersey on the plate.
