[Boatanchors] National speaker transformer impedeance check?

Hi All

is there a way to check the speaker transformer
(national PM8C speaker) to see if it is 500 or 5000
ohms imput the speaker is an original p/m not the
field coil version I want to use it with my nc-100asc
which has a 5000 ohms output and does not need a field
coil the magnet says nc-100 on the back
