[Boatanchors] Tube checker tests

I needed a 6BE6 today for a piece of gear i'm testing.  All i had was a
sleeve of 5750's that were Phillips brand and NIB, gummit stock
numbers.  There are two tests listed for this tube on my Hickok 534
tester.  One for the Amplifier section and one for the Oscillator
section.  4 of the tubes passed the amplifier section test and failed
the Osc. section.  One tube passed the oscillator section and failed the
Amplifier portion.  That's the way they are identified on the tube chart
so that's the way i'm referring to the tests.  The 5750 settings on the
tube checker for the 6BE6 is the same as the 5750 and the 5750 is listed
as a sub for the 6BE6.  

Found a NIB GE tube and it passed both tests.  This was the first time
the Phillips tube boxes had been opened and they look brand new as a
side note.  Thought it strange that NIB tubes would all have similar
readings and fail the same portion of the tests.
