If you want ebay prices, you need to advertise on ebay and pack for
shipping. The more the exposure, the better the price and ebay has top
exposure. If you are willing to take less, try the following: All have
worked for me.

1. Wait for a hamfest or swapmeet, advertise a week or so before the event
and say you will deliver to the hamfest. I'm a square dancer, and have
used the same approach for out-of-town festivals.

2. Advertise on ebay, saying pickup only (or deliver per step 1).

I usually receive emails, some rather strongly worded, asking if I would
ship. Sometimes I have been offered considerably more than my asking
price. I answer all of them, giving my position.

Current high prices are nice for me as a seller, but not so as a buyer. I
really need a command transmitter rack so I can use my command transmitters
without soldering to the plug or punching it out and replacing it with an
octal plug. I also need a TCS cabinet. However, I'm not willing to spend
the $50 or so it would probably take. I guess I just waited too long.
