[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-42

I recently aquired a an SX-42 receiver. It is missing the locking knob in the center of the Bandspread/Mail tunning assembly. I know that they would be impossible to find.

 I have looked at pictures on Ebay and the manual, but cannot get the exact size from the pictures. The pictures are not closeups of the knob. 

What I was wondering is anyone an SX-42 and would take the time to take a close up picture and measurments (diameter, depth etc) and E-Mail it to me. I know it is a time consuming job. I was going to make a model, and cast it in aluminum. Any help would be greatly apprecieted.
