[Boatanchors] Bud Wavemeter WM-78

Just added a very nice Bud WM-78 wavemeter to my collection of GDO's and
wavemeters in my office at work.   I have several dozen similar meters on
display there.

The Bud is a fairly straightforward and simple two coil design for 160 thru
5 meters, using a #47 lamp for an indicator, but I would like to find some
published info, ad, or a date period on it.

Did a net "search" for Bud + WM-78 + wavemeter and didn't turn up anything.
Also looked through all my old handbooks, etc., no luck.

Does anyone have anything on it?
