[Boatanchors] Repair of B&W Tank Circuit

Well, if I remember my US Navy Electronics Technician "A" School class
room theory at Great Lakes IL..........
Think of a resonant circuit with a capacitor and an inductor as a tank,
where the energy alternately flows from the full tank of the capacitor to
the empty tank of the inductor, and then back the other way. In a resonant
and lossless circuit, this free-wheeling oscillation can continue.
That's what I remember from over 50 years ago !
