[Boatanchors] Power / Plate Transformer ID

I need some help identifying a power / plate transformer.

Big, black, and heavy (50+ lbs) with an outer case like Chicago Transformer.
Screws on bottom.

"CEV" is the only marking on the top of the case.

Bottom has the type specified (M-491930-1  and K-896397-1).
