[Boatanchors] Well, that got me banned immediately

I have found some of Duanes decisions to be different from what I would
make. I would even go so far as to say "different from the norm." However...

It's *his* list, his rules, and totally up to him how to run it. If you
don't like how his, or any other list is run then it's pretty darn simple to
avoid it. Or start one of your own.

That said, I've decided to unsub the QTH:boatanchor list. I don't have
anything against Duane personally, but there is just too much controversy.
For me it's simple math: What I get out of something vs what I have to put
out (or up-with). In this case a friend is banished for the first occurence
of violating a rule that is from what I can see, unpublished. Other people
also commented on the same subject, violating the rule. They are not (to my
knowledge) banned. Too hard for me to figure out.

It's a small example of a free market, and it works. Pretty simple.
