[Boatanchors] Heath DX-60B removal of low pass filter cover

Can someone tell me how to remove this cover.  This thing is covered with
screws on the top, the sides and under the chassis.  I'm assuming from what
I see that the bottom screws under the chassis are the ones.  Someone before
me has left a nut I'm assuming rattling around inside the cover.  I think
after I get it off I'm going to replace the audio connector with an so-239.
