[Boatanchors] Navy 7916 rig and S4 tuning eye tube

Larry, MC, et al,

7916 is CBY-52232, i.e., ATA.  T-18/ARC-5 would be A.R.C. 9308.  Tube on left 
is 1626.  1629 is the magic eye tube on the right.  And there is no power 
cable.  The transmitter plugged into a live rack.
