[Boatanchors] 4:1 Ratio again

On closer reading, it appears this is a solid brass replacement knob  
for the normal plastic knob used with the 4:1 Collins reduction gear.   
Its not clear, but it sounds as though this sale does not include the  
reduction gear itself.
