[Boatanchors] SRR-11 receiver questions

Hi.
Last night I just received word that an RCA SRR-11 (14-800 KHz, 29 pencil
tubes) "should" be making it's way to my "Shack" in the next 2-3 weeks or
so.  Now, in 1972 just months after I got married I got an SRR-13 (2-30 MHz
HF cousin) from the MARS station I worked at.  Broke the XYL in "right" by
cleaning all the modules and baking them out in her oven.  So, there is a
little nostalgia involved in this set.  BUT, more importantly, since my
PRIMARY DXing interest is Longwave beacons (NDB's) I'm really looking
forward to this set to take it's rightful place in the "Beaconeers Lair".

I downloaded the manual for this unit from
http://www.kg7bz.com/Manuals.html , all 45 MB of it!  It is REALLY an
extensive service/overhaul manual containing 495 pages.  It took nearly two
new ink cartridges to print and, as I figured out later would have been
cheaper to take the PDF file down to Staples and let them print it!

Of course I realize this receiver has been "decommissioned" years ago, but
my concern is this.  On nearly EVERY page of this manual is a note that it's
"Restricted", doesn't say "Classified Secret" or such, just "restricted".
There is no indication anywhere in the manual that the restriction has ever
been lifted (though I'm CERTAIN it has).  In my 20 years in the USAF I don't
recall seeing that marking on manuals (this one's a Navy Manual).

Now, my concern is this.  While it is EXTREMELY unlikely, if for some
obscure reason in this "shaky era" that we live in, if someone, official or
non official observed that I have a "restricted" manual what are the chances
of some over zealous official getting in an uproar??

Now another question.  What is the general availability and usual "cost" of
the various "solder-in" pencil tubes used in this set?  I read somewhere (on
Rovero's site?" that the tubes are Long Lived, but of course any tube can
fail.

FINAL QUESTION (honest).  Speaking of Rovero.  He had some very nice
information up on the internet on this and other receivers in the SRR
series.  Now, trying to connect to that site ( Roveroengineering.com ?)
shows it as a dead link.  Anybody know if it has moved to a new address or
is just down temporally or what?
