[Boatanchors] WTB: Amplifier band switch

Hi:
I'm looking to buy a band switch for the tank circuit of my in-progress =
4x811A amplifier.

Requirements:

5 positions: shorting type
2 spst switches close at one end of the switch rotation, otherwise open.
Typically done with two wafers.
