[Boatanchors] DeJaVu assistance

I have downloaded DeJaVu successfully. Now I need to find out how to 
"implement" it. I see no "exe" file in the contents of the DeJVu 
folder. Do you open DeJaVu (somehow), then input the address for the 
"BAMA" file you want to download, or do you somehow execute DeJaVu from 
inside your web browser (i.e.- Netscape) ??  When I click on the 
"NPDJV" icon, it opens a pop-up menu that wants to know if I want to 
save the NPDJV file (???).  If choose "quit", instead of "save as", it 
then closes, and opens Netscape in its regular format (i.e. - without 
any DeJaVu menu options.

I am confused. Any help is appreciated.
