[Boatanchors] Military Oscilloscope

With BAMA you have to just keep trying.  The site is
limited to 10 users at a time.  This is one of the
things that K4XL has to put up with since the site
isn't costing anything.  

Also, if you are using any version of Internet
Explorer as your browser you need to read the
instructions on the home page about a setting that has
to be changed.  Making the change doesn't seem to
affect anything else.  It is like the setting that
needs to be changed in order to view Comcast.net
websites properly.  They are different settings, but
after making the change it doesn't seem to affect
anything else.  I had to make both changes in order to
view the BAMA files and my own websites (on
Comcast.net)!
