As always, all flavors of vintage gear are welcome - if its solid state feel
free to lie!
Please join us on Sunday October 26th for the HCI 20 meter Net. The focus will
be on speciality items manufactured by Hallicrafters, which does not include
their common receivers, transmitters and transceivers. So join us and tell all a
tale of your treasure of little known lineage or military function or audio
HI-FI or ...
The pre-Net will commence at 12:45 PM EST, (1745 UTC). The Net proper will begin
at 1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC). The frequency will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key
clicks, mike splatter and those infamous contestors pounding brass on top of us
as if we did not exist. Don't these guys have receivers that work or are their
brains rewired placing them on standby while the mouth remains locked in the
transmit mode? Maybe it is an ear wax build up problem. Easy to fix. Feed them
homemade bean soup after sealing their anal opening shut with J.B. Weld!
Guaranteed to blow the wax out of both ears and the lint fuzz balls out of their
belly button at the same time!
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow on those glorious vacuum tube rigs that
still go glow in the dark.
