[Boatanchors] nice old modulator

I recently came across a nice old modulator ,with the schematic for it.
The schematic say it is from a NAVSHIPS 900,809 manual. can any one=20
out there help with --which transmitter was this, and  where can I find =
the rest of the
schematic, or the manual? if this was a TM,or TO I could probably deal =
with=20
it , but I am totally lost with this navy stuff.
