[Boatanchors] Info on R-390A filters needed

Actually it has both.  0.1KC SELECTIVITY switch summons up 
the crystal filetr, and the SHARP AUDIO RESPONSE switch 
turns on the (approx 700Hz CF)audio bandpass filter. (R-390 
also has a 3KHz audio lowpass filter at "MEDIUM" that's 
great to beating the 5KHz hets when SWL'ing.) Manual is on
