[Boatanchors] Re JVC Expert Needed

Hi All, 	
	
I require the assistance of someone who knows the history of JVC (Japan Victor
Corporation) speaker systems. The pair I recently purchased for my vintage H.H.
Scott equipment appears to be undocumented. The people at JVC America could find
no reference to these speakers from 1980 to date. 	
	
There is no doubt that JVC built them, as their name is right there. These are
factory built, not a knock off copy. The model number matches nothing in their
database. The name "professional silver series" applies to many items which
includes speakers, but is not limited to them. They sold for $900 each and are
six way systems, if they were part of a high end stereo, it had to cost some big
bucks!
