[Boatanchors] Testing 6EJ7 Tubes

Prior to aligning my Drake C Line,  I checked all the tubes.

All the 6EJ7 tubes (from both units) consistently tested about one quarter
into the green range on my Eico 666 tube tester.   The plate setting is max
at 100.

I'm wondering if the tubes are reall better than they test,  and it's just
an issue with my particular tube tester,  or if these readings are as good
as it gets for these particular tubes.

Don't know if my friends tube tester is working, so I may not have access to
another to cross check.
