Can some one tell me why there are two  National Type 1-10 Receivers - one being the 1-10 and the
other being the 1-10A ?

(pictured in the URL below)  One appears to be a reversed front panel of the other - the text is
silent on the reason/rationale etc.

I am restoring a 1-10A but can find almost no history or information about the "A Model".
