[Boatanchors] What is "QRA"?

Hi.
Hope this isn't too far "OT" (though I am listening on a Boatanchor HQ-110).

Anyway, I have worked a fair bit of CW in years past and it is probably my
favorite mode.  Been off the air for about 3 years and just getting a
station back on (Viking Ranger and Hammarlund HQ-110).  So I've been doing a
fair amount of listening in the CW portion of the bands.

Right now there is a station sending CQ "QRA".  I thought I know the most
common "Q" codes but this one is new to me and it's not listed in my '93
handbook.
