Well, please explore some of the options others have mentioned before
throwing in the towel.
Also, they in fact now know that it is your land, so they can not claim
ignorance for future destructive acts.
Have you considered calling you local TV stations? Give you neighbor's
some publicity. Young punks taking advantage of blind ham. I suspect you
do not like to use your blindness in this way, but in this case, it could
be a powerfull ally.
