DO NOT GIVE UP...Go find another attorney. There are a lot of them seeking any form of 
a case that has any chance of winning. They will take the case on consignment so you 
are not out any money and may even make some. There is a very high chance that since 
you have a solid case the sued parties will settle removing the high court costs.
