As always and forever, all flavors and scents of vintage gear are always welcome
-

Join us this Memorial Day weekend. Not only will you get helpful information,
lively discussions on all things vintage (including the owners!), moments of
humor that rise above the atmospheric racket that sounds like a dozen people all
folding paper grocery bags at once and technical tips you won't find in any of
those recycled toilet paper books sold with a photocopy of Samuel Morse's
signature being peddled by 'amazons.big-river.bottom-feeders.con' but you will
get the Sunday May 25th edition of the Hallicrafters Collectors International 20
meter Net. Coming to you live from within one of the Indianapolis 500
participants pit areas where the smell of high octane fuel, that not only makes
your pulse quicken and your brain think it is seeing naked girls wearing Shell
hats pumping fuel into the race cars, but also gives you a craving for warm
motor oil! The sinus clearing scent of burning rubber as an Indy car roars by on
the acceleration lane out of the pits where you are standing too close trying to
get a photo of those girls pumping gas, and turns your nice new $200 white
sneakers into toeless sandals that reveal toe nails with a serious green fungus
and releases a stench that would gag Odor Eater inserts! Not to worry though,
the pit area medics will have that foul foot sealed in an airtight baggie before
you can break wind from the coney dog with double onions and imported French
mustard with last years white wine that failed to forment properly mixed in for
a savory flavor.

If you can hear us above the roar of those incredible engines as they speed
around the 2.5 mile track faster than an attack of irritable bowel syndrome
headed for a pit stop at the kingdom of the white throne, join us for the
pre-Net at 12:45 PM EDT, (1645 UTC). Hang around for the official green flag at
1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC). The frequency will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key
clicks, mike splatter and the ear drum splitting whine of a high torque muffin
fan motor spinning up the rpm to cool the finals on a Hallicrafter transmitter.

Be there and celebrate the glories of gas powered cars and bintage rigs with gas
filled tubes combining to gas up your spirits for a fabulous Sunday. Hear you
then -
