Most likely Superior Instrument Co., also known as "SICO" either went out
of business or was absorbed into another company many years ago.  As I
recall, they were based in the NY metro area, probably on Long Island.

If you need a manual for a particular piece of equipment, it may be
available from the usual sources.  Is this a tube tester?
