[Boatanchors] Equipment ID Pse

Before I strip it for parts, has anyone heard of a Brush Universal Amplifier? 
Also says magnetic penmotor, and model #BL-320.

It has a transformer in it with the Navy anchor symbol on it. That is why I 
put the brakes on.
