Mark and Others,

Take a piece of black electrical tape about two inches long. Place the
center of the strip over the portion of the bulb that is visable.....press
firmly. Fold the tape back and place it between the thumb and finger. Turn
gently while applying presure on the bulb.

Works for me.............

However, old times may use a different color of tape since we seem to always
have them available when looking for a roll of black tape.

Good Luck,

Bob, W4WSZ
