Hi Kees,
    Don't go into a URM-25 without them.   I just did one, and had them, a
great help.
    I'm not sure if the were published in HSN but I think they are availble
from there (Barry Hauser, are you the guy??).  My copy is 10 pgs of Dallas
Lankford's handwritten notes, maybe that's the way they came out in HSN.
Haven't heard of them being on-line.
