[Boatanchors] GPR-90 Receiver is ailing

The power supply electrolytic filter capacitor C-104 failed.  I have a 
tentative replacement on the way....but the working voltage is only rated at 
400 VDC.  The original is rated at 500 W.V.

Does anyone know of a reasonable source for replacements capacitors?

Another problem, only band 3 of this unit is functioning and at very low 
output.  What is a good contact cleaner that will not leave a harmful 
residue?
