Bill, check your building maint. people, they always have good supplier
connections-----or have they outsourced that too?
 
 also, try ww grainger, they are all over but they may not cut.

You are looking for a cable for a portable thing that will require 3
phase, 4 wire with safety ground.

jack     ex plant engineer type.
